What if I forget my pass codes?
How do I log-on?
- Once enrolled, simply enter your Access ID and Password
- Always keep this information private, it’s your key to Internet
banking
Do I need to log off after each session?
- Yes, the LOG OUT tab securely ends your Internet banking session
We recommend you log off each time you complete a session
- For additional protection, the system will automatically log off
after 15 minutes of non-use
What if I have a question during use?
- Please call Computer Operations at 706-253-7004 during normal
banking hours for additional assistance
What if I make a mistake?
- It’s difficult to make a mistake. A confirmation screen appears
after each transaction allowing you to double check your information
and to make any corrections
- If a mistake is made, don’t worry. Like any other banking
transaction,
just call the bank in a timely manner to correct a mistake
How soon is my information available online?
- One of the key advantages of Internet banking is you now have
access
to REAL TIME account information
- This means all your information, including balances, is
available
as soon as it’s processed by the bank
How many days is my information kept online?
- Your account information is available online for a period of six
(6) months
Can I transfer funds to other banks?
- No, this feature is not available through Internet banking
Can I print account statements and check images?
- Yes. You can print and save all information from your account
- You can also download your account information for importing
into
Microsoft Money

How secure is BILL PAY?
- All your payment instructions are encrypted at the highest level
of security
- Jasper Banking Company is in the business of protecting your
money
- Your information is private and will not be sold
How much does it cost?
Free for active bill payment accounts. A fee of $6.00 dollars will be
charged on inactive accounts. An account is inactive after three
continuous months with no bill payment transactions.
Can I make online payments to anyone?
- Yes. You can pay anyone through our BILL PAY system
- Simply ADD A NEW PAYEE to your list
Can I pay my local lawn care service when they don’t accept electronic
payments?
- Yes. Through this service, you can pay anyone. If an
electronic payment isn’t a direct connection, the system will
print and mail a check for you.
How long does it take for the billing company to receive my payments?
- Important! YOU MUST ALLOW AT LEAST FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS, PRIOR TO THE
DUE DATE, for each bill payment to reach the Payee. (For mid west
subscribers, allow 7 days and for west coast subscribers, allow 8 days)
How can I keep track of the bills I pay?
- When you pay bills online, the service automatically
creates a record of your payments that you can view at
any time
- The account history has more detail than you would
probably keep by hand
Can I transfer funds to other banks?
- Yes, this feature is available through Bill Pay
Where do I enroll for Internet BILL PAY?
Why do I have to enroll separately for BILL PAY?
- Our Bill Pay provider is iPay and this is an
additional service
