EMAIL SCAM ALERT:
Please be aware that individuals and/or companies are receiving fraudulent emails that appear to have been sent from NACHA: The Electronic Payments Association. These emails differ in content and appear to have been sent from email addresses ending with the NACHA domain (@nacha.org).
Please
note that NACHA itself does not process or touch transactions that flow to and
from Jasper Banking Company. NACHA does not send emails directly to individuals
or businesses about electronic transactions.
Be aware that fraudulent emails frequently have attachments and/or links to Web
pages that can pose a threat to your computer. Do not open attachments or
follow Web links in emails from unknown parties or from parties you do not
normally receive emails from, or that appear to be suspicious or otherwise unusual.
If you suspect that your computer is infected with spyware or viruses, consult
with a computer repair specialist to remove the infection or re-install a clean
image of the computer system.
We recommend to our customers to always use anti-virus software and ensure that
it is regularly updated.
We also ask that you ensure that the computer operating system and software are
updated with the latest security patches.

Corporation (FDIC).
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR ONLINE CUSTOMERS:
In order to better protect our customers from identity theft and online vandals, we are increasing the strength of the online banking passwords by changing the password requirements. As of August 2nd, 2010, all passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least 1 number, 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case letter. The password will expire every 90 days. Extended use of a password increases the likelihood of it being stolen. Stronger, more complex passwords can be harder to remember but stronger passwords can deter hackers from guessing or using brute-force attacks against online accounts.
Other password tips:
For any questions or concerns, please call us at 706-253-7006.
Online password reset is now available but please note that the password reset service requires a current email address. To check and see if your email address is correct, log into your online banking account and click Options. Scroll down to find the email information. If incorrect, please click edit to enter in the current email address and click submit.
